(hereinafter, «SOCIAL GAMES») with registered office at Carretera Castellar, number 338, 08226, Terrassa (Barcelona) SPAIN, holder of Tax Identification Code number ESB-98.549.611 and registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona in Volume 43847, Folio 22, Page B-440114, Inscription 2ª of which you had been a customer.
Likewise, we inform you that PLAYSPACE, S.L. has changed its name to SPACE GO GAME STUDIO S.L. (hereinafter, «SPACE GO»), maintaining the same registered office and VAT number.
Because of the operations, we have updated our Terms and Conditions that regulate the use of the https://www.spacego.games website and all its games. The update has been adopted due to the change of contracting entity between the parties, i.e., SPACE GO, and to standardise the same terms and conditions applicable to all our games.
Therefore, on 1 December 2023, the new general terms and conditions will come into force, which you can consult at any time by clicking on the following link. If you do not agree with any of the modifications, you can immediately unsubscribe from our games.
Likewise, to guarantee the continuity in the correct provision of services and for the operations, SOCIAL GAMES has communicated your personal data to us, so that, from now on, SPACE GO will be responsible for the processing of your personal data.
